Raja, the driving instructor, was most helpful in getting my confidence back after having lost it after not having driven for some time. He took his time and showed me how to drive on uphill, brake control and safety precautions.

I Passed my driving test first time with Raja after having around 30 hours! I literally had no clue about cars, let alone being able to drive one. My instructor made me feel really relaxed all the time and talked me through any stressful situations that came up. We spent lots of time going over test routes which made me feel confident on the day of my exam.I cant say enough thanks to Raja to help me become better driver.I highly recommend him to anyone.
Raja was fantastic! had such a great time learning to drive with him. He was very accommodating to my time schedule as I was learning whilst working full time. He is a lovely instructor who made me feel comfortable and confident in my driving skills. As a foreign license holder, Raja was recommended to me by a friend after I had a very (expensive) negative experience with another company that oversold me hours of lessons without teaching me what I properly needed to know for the test. I should have listened to my friend in the first place.what a great teacher! Raja was professional, thorough, and very efficient in his teaching. I had a complicated schedule, which he was able to accommodate, and he was able to get me an expedited test appointment at Darwen Test center. Plus he’s a really good guy. I highly recommend Raja and Acorn school of Motoring.
Raja! what an amazing instructor! First of all, I’d like to personally thank Raja (endlessly) for his hard work, patience and determination in getting me ready for my test in less than 4 months. I have been blessed to have learned from his experience and invaluable knowledge – speaking as someone with absolutely no prior driving experience, the fact I was able to pass my test first time with only one minor is ALL down to him. It was some journey but we did it! In the hands of any other instructor, I dread to think what kind of driver I could have been. Thanks to Raja I am a confident, competent and more importantly safe driver. For anyone who has had bad experiences behind the wheel and needs their confidence boosting, look no further. Raja is the type of instructor you can really relax with not once did I feel nervous behind the wheel – if I made a mistake, he would talk to me calmly and we would persevere until I had corrected it. I genuinely feel I’ve found a friend in Raja and I obviously had to book a Pass Plus course with him just to see him again! Raja is an asset to Acorn School of motoring and deserves all the success in the world. I thank Acorn School of Motoring for pairing me with him and I’ll miss him tremendously.
